All personally identifiable information is stored on secure servers maintained by Microsoft Azure and protected by electronic and physical safeguards.

In these cases, the information is used only for Weaver CPA Services business purposes. Storage of Personally Identifiable Information – Personally identifiable information provided by you to Weaver CPA Services is stored on servers maintained and secured by Microsoft Azure using enterprise-grade electronic and physical security measures.

Accountability – Weaver CPA Services contracts with Microsoft and Tech4Accountants to ensure the security of the information we process and store.

Policies and Procedures – Weaver CPA Services has internal policies and procedures to limit access to your information to only those who have a business need to view it.

Sensitive Communications

Sending Confidential Information – Weaver CPA Services has a secure client portal for the transfer of sensitive and confidential information. Do not use email or the Contact form on our website to send confidential information to Weaver CPA Services. If you are a not an existing client or you do not know how to access your client portal, email us at info@weavercpaservices.com to request access.

Collecting Confidential Information – Weaver CPA Services will always use encryption when collecting personal information via web forms. Website users can identify encrypted pages by looking for the closed “padlock” icon  in the browser address bar and checking that the URL begins with “https”.
